This Payment Policy outlines how transactions are processed on https://www.reconn.io, operated by Reconn Digital FZE, a UAE-registered Free Zone Establishment and the authorized e-commerce entity of the Reconn group.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept secure online payments via:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)
- Shopify Payments
- Stripe / Mamopay gateways
All transactions are processed in accordance with the highest PCI-DSS security standards.
We do not accept:
- Bank transfers (accepted for corporate and bulk only)
- Cash on delivery
- PayPal (as of now)
- Cryptocurrency (as of now)
2. Card Payments Only
Reconn Digital FZE’s online store is configured for card-based checkout only.

Your request may be handled under Reconn Technology LLC for enterprise contracts.
3. Multi-Currency Support
Our store supports multi-currency checkout, and prices are displayed based on your selected location and currency settings.
You may be billed in:
- AED (UAE Dirham)
- USD (US Dollar)
- EUR, GBP, INR, or other currencies, depending on your region and Shopify’s auto-detection
Note: Your card issuer may apply foreign exchange or cross-border fees. We are not responsible for such charges.
4. Tax Handling
All prices displayed on the website are tax-inclusive.
No additional VAT or sales tax will be added at checkout.
- UAE customers: VAT (5%) is included in the final price
- International customers: Exported digital services are treated as 0% VAT
- Invoices showing VAT can be requested post-purchase

5. Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined:
- Please verify your card details, billing address, and available balance
- Try using a different card or payment method
- Contact your bank or payment provider for assistance

6. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful:
- You will receive an email confirmation from Shopify/Stripe
- A receipt or invoice will be generated automatically
- Your order will be reviewed manually before digital delivery or activation
7. Currency Conversion & Charges
We are not responsible for:
- Exchange rate differences shown by your bank
- Foreign transaction fees
- Currency conversion charges by your card issuer
We recommend contacting your bank to understand potential cross-border fees.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of an unauthorized transaction or billing error:

- Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and delayed resolution.
