What Is the Lead Disaster Recovery Manager Certification?

The PECB Certified Lead Disaster Recovery Manager certification validates your ability to establish, implement, and maintain an information and communications technology (ICT) disaster recovery management framework in line with recognized best practices. It is the leading credential for professionals responsible for planning, testing, and leading disaster recovery within organizations.

Disasters caused by natural, human, or technological hazards can stop an organization from meeting its objectives when its response capability falls short. Effective disaster recovery plans (DRPs) enable timely response, recuperation, and resilience — turning an unplanned outage into a controlled, coordinated recovery rather than a scramble.

As disruption becomes more frequent and more complex — from cyberattacks and infrastructure failures to natural disasters — organizations need qualified DR leaders who can keep recovery on track when it matters most. The Lead Disaster Recovery Manager certification training course is your gateway to leading that work.
