Live or scheduled online training sessions
Exam vouchers or certifications
Access to learning platforms (e.g., PECB KATE)
Digital content, SaaS access, and software licenses
Once an order is placed and processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This applies regardless of:
Whether you have accessed or used the course materials
Whether an exam voucher has been issued or not
Your ability or availability to attend live or in-person sessions
Accidental purchase or change of mind
Certification results or eligibility concerns
After purchase, your order is reviewed manually by our team to verify buyer details and eligibility. Most digital products are processed within the same business day or within 12 hours, based on staff availability and timezone.
You may be contacted via email, phone, or text message (whatsapp) for additional verification. Your course activation or exam voucher may be delayed if:
Buyer information is incomplete
Purchase requires manual licensing with a third-party provider
The course schedule is subject to trainer availability
In-person or live training sessions may be confirmed based on:

Minimum enrollment thresholds
Compliance with local regulations
In the event a training session cannot be scheduled as initially planned, we will offer alternative scheduling or seat transfer at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued due to scheduling adjustments.
Reconn Digital FZE reserves the full right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Regulatory restrictions
Ineligibility to participate in the course
In such cases, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion, and a minimum 10% deduction may apply to cover administrative, licensing, or payment processing expenses. We are not obligated to provide justification for such cancellations.
We are not responsible for:
Failure to complete the course
Inactivity on the learning platform
Missed training sessions
Invalid or expired exam vouchers (vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase)
Your inability to access or complete the program does not entitle you to a refund.
