These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://reconn.io (the "Site") and the digital products and services ("Services") sold through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. WHO WE ARE

The Site is operated by Reconn Digital FZE ("Reconn", "we", "us"), a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 9798). Reconn Digital FZE is responsible for the online sales, payments and consumer training sold on the Site.

Some products, certifications and enterprise services are delivered or supported by Reconn Technology LLC (Trade License No. 1377381), Dubai, UAE. We share data between the two entities as needed to deliver your order, as described in our Privacy Policy. Full company details are in our Legal Notice.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Everything sold on the Site is digital or delivered as a service. No physical goods are shipped. Our Services include:

  • Self-study and eLearning courses, delivered through the certification body's learning platform
  • Live online training, delivered in scheduled sessions on Microsoft Teams, and in-person or corporate training by arrangement
  • Value-added materials that come with some courses, such as toolkits and mind maps
  • Exam registration and certification application support, where your package includes it
  • Software, SaaS access and other digital tools
  • Affiliate and partner products, which are sold by the partner under its own terms

Dates, times and venues for live and in-person training are confirmed with you by email after purchase. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

  • Payment methods: Checkout accepts card payments through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe and Mamopay. Buy-now-pay-later options such as Tabby and Tamara are offered where available, under the provider's own terms. Enterprise and bulk orders can be paid by invoice. Email hello@reconn.io before placing the order.
  • Prices and currency: Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. The final price, including any VAT or other tax that applies in your country, is calculated at checkout based on your location. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
  • Order review: We review every order before it is activated. We may ask you to confirm your details or eligibility, and we may refuse or cancel an order as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Accurate details: You must give us accurate name, email and contact details. The name you give is the name that will appear on your certificate and exam registration.

4. LICENCE AND ACCESS

  • After your order is reviewed, you will receive instructions to access your course, usually within 12 hours.
  • All courses, materials and recordings are licensed to you personally, for your own learning. They cannot be shared, resold, transferred or used by anyone else.
  • Exam vouchers and exam attempts included in a package are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless your order confirmation says otherwise.
  • If you break these Terms, we may end your access without a refund.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because our products are digital and are activated or scheduled for you soon after purchase, sales are final. Some exceptions apply, and nothing in our policy limits rights you have under the law of your country. Please read our Return and Refund Policy before you buy. It forms part of these Terms.

6. EXAMS AND CERTIFICATION

  • Exams and certifications are set and administered by the certification body (for PECB courses, PECB). Exams are taken online through PECB's own exam platform. Reconn does not set, mark or administer exams.
  • The certification body sets the exam format, passing score, retake rules, experience requirements and fees. These can change, so please check them with the certification body.
  • Passing an exam and earning a credential also depends on meeting the certification body's requirements, such as professional experience.
  • We do not promise that you will pass an exam or receive a certification.

7. LIVE SESSIONS AND RECORDINGS

  • Live online sessions are recorded. The recordings are for the participants of that course only.
  • You may not record, copy, share or publish a session, a recording or any course material yourself, without our written permission.
  • Please treat other participants' information and contributions as confidential.

8. SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION

For help with your order or access, email support@reconn.io. Support is available seven days a week:

  • Europe, Middle East and Africa: 6 AM to 10 PM (GMT+4)
  • Americas: 12 AM to 2 PM (Eastern Time)

We aim to reply the same day. After you buy, we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp to verify your details or to resolve access issues.

9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND PARTNERS

You may need to use external platforms, such as PECB's learning, account and exam platforms or Microsoft Teams, to take your training or exam. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes or technical problems on third-party platforms, but we will help you reach the right support.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on the Site and the materials we create, including our toolkits and mind maps, belong to Reconn Digital FZE or its licensors. Course content and certification marks belong to the certification body and other owners. You may not copy, sell, modify or republish any of it without written permission.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services. This includes giving false information, trying to get around access controls, sharing your access, or using the Services to break the law.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Reconn Digital FZE and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Outages or disruption of third-party services
  • Exam failure, or delays or refusal of certification by the certification body
  • Errors in course content provided by licensors or partners

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to purchases made after that date and do not change the terms of an order you have already placed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
