These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://www.reconn.io (the “Site”) and the digital products and services (“Services”) provided through it.

By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

1. Legal Entities

This website is operated by Reconn Digital FZE, a UAE-registered Free Zone Establishment responsible for all digital transactions, including self-paced courses, eLearning, software access, and training-related purchases made through this Site.

Some products, certifications, and enterprise services may be delivered, fulfilled, or powered by Reconn Technology LLC, a UAE mainland entity offering AI and cybersecurity solutions, services and training. Data may be shared securely between the two entities to fulfill your purchase and support delivery.

2. Products and Services

All offerings listed on this Site are digital in nature unless otherwise specified. These may include:

Self-study training courses

Live online or in-person scheduled training programs

Software tools or SaaS platform access

Affiliate or partner products

Offline and in-person training may be scheduled based on trainer availability and client requirements. Confirmation of dates and locations will be provided via email.

3. Purchases and Payment

All payments on the Site are handled by secure third-party gateways such as Stripe and Mamopay. Reconn Digital FZE accepts only card-based payments for direct checkout. For enterprise or bulk licensing requests, please contact us to request an invoice.

All prices displayed are final and tax-inclusive, covering any applicable UAE VAT or international sales taxes. We support multi-currency checkout, with the final charge shown at checkout based on your location.

4. License and Access

Upon successful order review and verification, customers will receive access credentials to external learning platforms such as PECB KATE or other authorized content systems. Delivery is typically within 12 hours during business days.

Courses are licensed for individual, non-transferable use only.

Sharing, reselling, or transferring access is strictly prohibited.

Exam vouchers, where applicable, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Any violation may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is made.
This includes cases where:

Course material is accessed

Exam vouchers are issued

A delay occurs in user responsiveness or onboarding

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, ineligibility, or failure to complete the course.

Reconn Digital FZE reserves the right to reject or cancel any order without the obligation to provide justification. In such rare cases, if a refund is issued, a minimum 10% deduction will apply to cover transaction and administrative costs.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Partners

You may be required to use external platforms (e.g., PECB KATE) to access your training or certification material. Your use of such platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for service disruptions, content changes, or technical issues on third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and digital materials sold or presented through the Site are either the intellectual property of Reconn Digital FZE, licensed from partners, or covered under specific agreements.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or modify any part of the content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Reconn Digital FZE and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Downtime or disruption of third-party services

Certification failures, delays, or denial

Errors in course content provided by licensors or partners

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service purchased.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
