Live online or offline training sessions (scheduled post-purchase)

Exam vouchers and certification access

Access to third-party learning platforms (e.g., PECB KATE)

SaaS tools, software keys, or digital subscriptions

No physical goods are shipped. Therefore, shipping costs and tracking details do not apply.


 

2. Order Review & Processing Time

Once your payment is completed, your order will be manually reviewed by our team to:

Verify purchaser identity and course eligibility

Confirm selected course availability or scheduling needs

Register your information with the relevant certification body (e.g., PECB)

Typical delivery/activation time is within the same business day or up to 12 hours, depending on support staff availability and time zone.

Orders placed outside regular business hours (Monday–Sunday, 6 AM–10 PM GMT+4) may be processed the next business day.

 


 

3. Access Instructions

Upon successful processing:

You will receive email instructions on how to access your training

If applicable, login credentials for platforms such as PECB KATE will be provided

Any exam voucher or course-specific license will be shared with instructions on redemption and usage

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you haven’t received an email within the delivery window.

 


 

4. Offline & In-Person Training Delivery

For in-person or live virtual training programs:

Sessions are scheduled post-purchase based on trainer availability, regional demand, and enrollment

You will be contacted by our team within 12–24 hours to initiate scheduling

If we are unable to accommodate a requested date, you will be offered the next available slot or a suitable alternative


 

5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If you have not received your course access or digital delivery within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately at:

Include your full name, order number, and email address used during checkout so we can assist you promptly.

 


 

6. Buyer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

Provide a valid and accurate email address during checkout

Monitor your inbox and respond promptly to any verification requests

Redeem your course or voucher within the stated validity period (exam vouchers expire within 12 months)

Failure to engage with the delivery process or delayed response does not entitle you to a refund or extension.
