Stop guessing what an ISO 22301:2019 business continuity management system looks like in practice. The toolkit gives you 60+ editable Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. They cover all the documented information ISO 22301 explicitly requires, plus the extras a strong BCMS needs.
Every document comes as a blank template and as a completed version for one fictional company. You learn implementation by following a real-life scenario from the first scope statement to management review.
Scope statement, business continuity policy, objectives register, legal and regulatory register, roles and authorities matrix, competence records, awareness and communication plan, documented information control and master list.
BIA methodology, workbook and report, risk assessment methodology, risk register and treatment plan, dependency and resource map.
Strategy and solutions record, resource requirements plan, operational planning and control record, business continuity plan, recovery and return-to-normal procedure, IT service recovery plan, alternate site plan, supplier continuity assessment and requirements schedule.
Incident response plan, warning and communication procedure, crisis management plan, emergency response plan, crisis communications pack, response team roster and contact tree, incident and decision log, post-incident review.
Exercise and test program, exercise plan and scenario, controller guide, post-exercise report, actions tracker.
KPI and measurement plan, internal audit program, plan, checklist and report, nonconformity and corrective action register, management review pack and minutes, capability evaluation, continual improvement log.
Gap assessment workbook, certification readiness checklist, implementation project plan, clause-to-evidence map.
Business case for top management, staff awareness deck, BIA results presentation, exercise briefing deck, management review presentation.
Impact and likelihood scoring guide, one-page implementation roadmap, scenario library, annual BCMS calendar.
Interview questions with talking points, scenario story builder, implementation case study one-pager, first 90 days in a business continuity role, key terms cheat sheet.
Included with every PECB ISO 22301 Lead Implementer live online and eLearning enrollment with Reconn.
The toolkit provides implementation aids and editable templates. Your organization must tailor, approve and implement them. Use of the toolkit does not itself guarantee ISO 22301 conformity or certification.
The reconn ISO 22301 Lead Implementer Mind Map is reconn's own mind map and quick review of the important topics in a business continuity management system. It is delivered as a PDF.
eLearning learners receive the mind map after enrollment. Live online learners receive it during the live sessions.
The mind map is licensed to one user and is for PECB candidates only. Please do not share, copy or resell it.
The mind map is a study aid. It does not guarantee any exam result.
You do not just listen. In each session you work through the documents a real BCMS needs and discuss how they are used inside organizations.
The toolkit's fictional company takes you from the first scope statement to management review, so you see how each document leads to the next.
Bring your own context. Your trainer helps you adapt the templates to your sector, size and risks.
Use your completed documents, talking points and implementation case study to show employers what you can do.
Shenoy Sandeep, founder of reconn and a PECB Certified Trainer, teaches the course and manages the reconn GRC consultant team.
Because you learn 1-on-1 or in a small batch, your questions get real answers, not a promise to follow up later.
Need more time on a topic? Book extra 1-hour 1-on-1 sessions until you clear the exam, or for 12 months from enrollment, whichever comes first.
Unlimited email and WhatsApp support until you clear the exam, within your 12-month enrollment window.
